  • Signed "Lump Sum Design Build Contract" with Fagen, Inc.
  • Obtained option on three adjacent parcels of land in Redwood County, Minnesota.

  • Purchased option for 57 acres along US Hwy 14  & DM&E railroad.
  • Purchased option on 7 acres from City of Lamberton's EDA park along DM&E railroad.

July

  • Signed grain procurement contract with Meadowland Farmers Elevator of Lamberton, MN.

June

  • Signed "letter of intent" with Fagen, Inc. of Granite Falls, MN to build 50 mgy ethanol facility.
  • Seed stock investors raised $1,180,000 for start up development costs.
  • Purchased option on 68 acres of land along US Hwy 14 and DM&E railroad.

  • Selected name and organized Highwater Ethanol, LLC.
  • Founders invested of $500,000 of equity.
  • Selected Fagen Inc/ICM, Inc. as design-build contractor.
