Welcome to Highwater Ethanol
Highwater Ethanol, LLC was officially organized as a Minnesota based Limited Liability Company in May of 2006, with the intention of planning, constructing and operating a 50 million gallon dry mill corn-processing plant near Lamberton Minnesota that benefits investors, farmers and the local community.
General Mission: To successfully build and operate an ethanol facility, which will be profitable to our investor owners, while contributing to the economic growth in the region.
We intend to add value to locally grown grains by providing a local outlet to process the corn grown in the area, and at the same time, increase the total demand for corn in the Southwestern Minnesota region. To meet this mission, we will provide a processing facility that will allow members to invest in a growing industry. The facility will produce and market 200 proof denatured ethanol (C2H5-OH), distillers dry grains with solubles (DDGS) and distillers wet cake.
