Highwater Ethanol, LLC is a limited liability company that reports to the SEC.  Current changes in SEC reporting require Highwater Ethanol, LLC and other SEC companies to start reporting our financials in an XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language) format in addition to the  format used in the past filings.  You will find in our SEC tab on our website additional data that requires an XBRL reader in order to open properly.  XBRL is accessible through the internet and allows readers of data to have a standard for exchanging business information.
